Here, I lead and set up a team of 5 SDETs, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software using the agile methodology and drive the quality engineering initiatives for the product. Along with that I developed and implemented a comprehensive test strategy, resulting in 100% automation of P0 and P1 testcases and 27% of the bugs caught by the automation in release quality.
